At PG LIFELINK, we listen to our customers and constantly develop new ways to bring
them added value. All of our products are designed around the needs of the user. Our innovative product features such as hinged-front panels and self-testing line isolation monitors have reduced maintenance and compliance costs, while easy-to-read LCD status indicators
provide enhanced functionality.
Isolated Power Systems are a vital safety feature in modern health care facilities. Proper maintenance and regular testing
are critical to ensuring these systems provide continuous
protection to patients and personnel. Up to now, these activities have required a member of the clinical engineering or facility maintenance staff to be present at the IPS panel location. Panels installed inside sterile operating rooms and large multi-building campuses complicated this process.
Finally, there is an easy way to remotely monitor and control
every Line Isolation Monitor in your facility from any network accessible PC. PG LIFELINK's new
LIM-Connect Software complements the advanced features of the
Mark V Line Isolation Monitor and provides true connectivity over your facility's standard Ethernet network infrastructure. LIM-Connect provides a flexible and scalable solution for managing, monitoring, configuring, troubleshooting, controlling,
testing, and collecting historical performance data, throughout your facility's entire installation of isolated power systems, from your own desktop.
LIM-Connect Features
- Selectable between an area overview screen or a detailed view of a specific unit. Overview screens simultaneously display status of each LIM within the defined area and highlight any abnormal status. Alarms are immediately identifiable via audible and on-screen cues. Detail screen view provides full real-time emulation of Mark V status displays, alarms, settings, and logs.
- LIM-Connect can be configured for automatic downloading of LIM event logs to any network storage location at any time, and a programmed time each day. This archived history of each LIM connected to the system provides valuable data for regulatory compliance and preventive maintenance, while reducing associated labor costs. Log files are compatible with typical text editor, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- An automatic clock synchronization feature ensures that all LIMs are set for the same date and time so that logging is consistent. This can be valuable for troubleshooting a sequence of events.
- Data can be communicated over a facility's existing wired Ethernet network, or on its own separate "private" network segment. Optional Wi-Fi hardware is also available.
- Compatible with standard PG LIFELINK remote annunciators.
