Quality Components Ensure Quality Products
Nowhere is PG LIFELINK's commitment to quality, and above all safety, more evident than in
the components that go into the manufacture of our Isolated Power Panels.
These components include:
- The single phase, stacked core Isolation Transformer with electrostatic shield,
designed for low leakage and quiet operation. The maximum leakage current is only
10 microamps for 3 and 5 KVA, 14 microamps for 7.5 KVA, 25 microamps for 10 KVA and
30 microamps for 15 KVA.
Ratings Available 3, 5, 7.5, 10 or 15 KVA.
Primary Voltage 120, 208, 220, 240, 277 or 480.
Secondary Voltage 120, 208, 220 or 240.
- The PG LIFELINK
Mark IV Line Isolation Monitor offers continuous monitoring with
non-switching circuitry. The LIM signals are plainly visible on the front of the panel and are not obscured when the
circuit breaker door is opened.
- In accordance with code requirements, we use a two-pole bolt on Circuit Breaker Panel.
It houses the primary main circuit breaker and up to sixteen secondary breakers. U.L. Listed.
- The Lockable Door over the circuit breaker panel features a Corbin lock, preventing
unauthorized operation.
- The Field Wiring Compartment is formed by a baffle and fastened to the chassis.
- A Terminal Block is supplied for the connector of remote signal conductors.
- The Ground Bus is used for connection of all internal and branch ground conductors.
- The heavy-duty Back Box is constructed of galvanized steel and is designed for either
flush or surface mounting.
- The Chassis mounts inside the back box and supports the isolation transformer, LIM and circuit
breaker panel.
- A Front Trim Panel fabricated from #12 gauge, 304 stainless steel polished to a #4
satin finish, comes standard. A contiuously hinged front trim panel is available upon request at an additional charge.
Other Features Include:
- Low monitor hazard current of 25 microamps
- LED panel meter
- 5 or 2 milliamp alarm point
- LED indicator lights
- Self-testing and self-calibrating
- Self-resetting fuses
- Sensitivity to LIM "loss of ground"
- Proven reliability
