PG LifeLink Announces Retirement of President Judy Kathman and Appointment of Joe Tanner
PG LifeLink, a leader in power safety, announces that Judy Kathman will retire as President after 35 years of dedicated leadership. Joe Tanner has been appointed as the new President, effective March 1, 2025.
Under Judy Kathman’s leadership, PG LifeLink experienced transformative growth and success. She began her career at PG LifeLink in operations and played an influential role in expanding the business. She led the company through key milestones, including its transition as an independent company in 2005 and the creation of the successful LabLink product line. During her tenure, PG LifeLink consistently achieved recordbreaking success, particularly in her final year as President.

We have successfully put together a seasoned and technically superior group of employees that will take PG LifeLink far into the future. I have worked with Joe Tanner for almost two decades, said Judy Kathman. “I am certain Joe will lead the company to many more record years. I wish him the best.”
Joe Tanner has 18 years of experience with PG LifeLink, beginning his career as the Assistant Controller. He has a wealth of experience within the company, having served as Vice President of Finance and Operations, as well as Vice President of Finance at both PG LifeLink and Post Glover Resistors. His contributions have been instrumental to the company's growth.
